Mission & Vision
Our Mission: Making Disciples
At Bismarck Community Church, our core mission is grounded in the Great Commission and the Great Commandments: to make disciples of Jesus Christ who love God with all their heart and love their neighbors as themselves.
We pursue this discipleship through living lives that imitate Christ, creating an imitable pattern of faith for others. This life is expressed through three essential, interconnected practices:
Be Loved by the Gospel | Go Deeper in authentic community | Live It Out on mission
These practices ensure we are constantly returning to the cross, growing in community, and influencing our world in accordance with the Kingdom of God.
Our Mission
At Bismarck Community Church, our mission is to understand the good news about Jesus Christ, to grow in an authentic Christian community, and to influence our world in accordance with the kingdom of God.
We like to sum it up with three simple phrases:

Our Vision: Living God's Story
Our vision is to be a community deeply rooted in God’s Story, helping others find their place in that same narrative of hope and restoration.
This beautiful story of God is illustrated in the four panels of the “God’s Story” painting:

- Restoration
We believe the Bible is the story of how God is working to restore all that was lost, and we have the incredible privilege of living in the tension between Christ’s work on the cross and his promised return. Our hope is to become a people who embody this story and faithfully invite others to share and live it out.
