tran·si·tion
“Movement, passage, or change from one position, state, stage, subject, concept, etc.”
Between 6th and 12th grade, students will experience some of the biggest transitions of their lives. Everything about them will change:
Relationally
They will have deeper relationships.
Mentally
They will be able to think more abstract.
Spiritually
They will seek after more meaningful and purposeful endeavors.
Physically
They will grow.
They develop and will hopefully grow into kingdom-minded followers of Jesus Christ. To do this, it takes healthy support systems at home, school and church.
At Bismarck Community Church, our student ministry is designed to help be one of the positive support systems for our students.
Our goal is to help students BE LOVED by Jesus Christ, to help them GO DEEPER in a maturing relationship with Jesus Christ, and to challenge them to LIVE IT OUT in their day-to-day life.
Next time you see one of our students, realize the vast amount of transition they are going through, maybe say “Hi” or thank God for them.
