I’m New

It’s cool, I know how hard it is to check out a new church.  We are a pretty welcoming place.  You would be welcome to join us any Sunday at 10 AM, let me tell you want you can expect.

We are mostly laid back.  You might see someone in a jacket, but you’re more likely to see shorts when it’s warm and hoodies when it’s not.  We meet in a room I call either the Sanctuasium or the Gymuary.  It’s an old Gym with a stage in it, but it’s carpeted and welcoming with some pretty terrific art on the wall.

Our music team varies, but the music is usually upbeat with some new and some old stuff on guitars and drums and piano with a lot of vocalists.  Our service usually lasts for about an hour and we almost always end in Communion, also called The Eucharist or the Lord’s Supper.  Our guests are welcome to participate if they feel a need to participate in the life giving offer of Grace that Jesus extends to each of us.

You will probably be greeted by someone and offered help finding the nursery, bathrooms, or coffee.  Like I said, we are generally a friendly low pressure group of people.  So if you need anything we will help, but I know a lot of folks like to come and take it all in a few times, which is completely fine.

After the service during the school year we do have some discipleship classes for all ages which you are more than welcome to stick around for.

If you have any questions, either before or after a visit, you are always free to drop me a note and let me know.

This webform sends me a text message and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
