Meet some of the people who help lead us.

Jim Ellis

Jim came to Bismarck Community Church as a youth pastor not long after he married Chantalle, the love of his life.  Then they moved back to his hometown of Denver for him to earn an M.Div from Denver Theological Seminary.  Jim is now our Lead Pastor at BCC.

Brad Bales

Brad is our Worship leader and musician.  He helps us sing and worship God each week.  He and his wife Sally are long time members of BCC.

Julie Fisher

Julie is our Director of Operations.  She keeps us on track and communicates great with all things BCC.  She and her family are vital parts of the BCC community.  I promise you, we couldn’t function without her.

Troy Reno

We call Troy the “Executive Elder” but he’s really sort of the CFO.   He manages the budget and the much of the technology at BCC.

Alan Welte

Alan is a long time member of BCC.  He has often served as an elder, but currently he serves us in maintenance.  Our building gets used a lot because we rent space to two preschools and a school.  Alan keeps things working the best anyone possibly could.

Laura Verner

Laura grew up in our community and now she’s responsible for keeping things clean.  She and her husband, Logan, show up a few times a week to clean up after a bunch of kids and the whole church community.  Give her a big hug, she deserves it!
