Jan 22 Daily Rhythm
Morning
Psalm 70:1-3
Make haste, O God, to deliver me! O LORD, make haste to help me! Let them be put to shame and confusion who seek my life! Let them be turned back and brought to dishonor who delight in my hurt! Let them turn back because of their shame who say, “Aha, Aha!”
Cry out to God today that he would uphold and carry your day, your plans and hopes.
Afternoon
Psalm 70:4
May all who seek you rejoice and be glad in you! May those who love your salvation say evermore, “God is great!”
Can you say this with conviction? What about those who don’t? Do you believe it is better to hope in Christ than any other?
Evening
Psalm 70:5
But I am poor and needy; hasten to me, O God! You are my help and my deliverer; O LORD, do not delay!
This is the gospel. This verse is worth memorizing. Christian, Where is your hope? Who is your help? Are you really poor and needy?
